品質保證服務

所有提供品質保證的GUAN JIAN產品皆經過測試。

符合我們對品質和耐用度要求，適合一般操作使用標準。

品質保證期限及內容

每項產品都有其保固期限，保固期限自購買日期起生效。當原始購買人轉售或轉讓該產品時，一樣維持保固期限。

但顧客需要保固服務時，需出示原始購買憑證或日期證明，保固服務方可生效，故請妥善保存購買證明以利享有品質保證服務。

如何確定為你提供品質保證服務？

原廠技術人員會檢視你的商品，決定是否符合品質保證的範圍和時效，並非購買人自行判斷品質保證的範圍和時效。

品質保證計算時效

已更換產品或零件，其所享有之品質保證年限，將依原產品之購買日期開始計算。並非替換後重新計算。產品服務工作只限於台灣境內作業。

產品保固內容

若符合條件，我們會替你維修商品或是以相同或同等級之產品直接替換。

若產品符合保固條件，我們將負擔維修、備用零件的費用，但不含耗材。

若產品不符合保固條件，將向你收取維修、零件、耗材等必要費用。

產品保固不適用於未經GUAN JIAN授權的任何修改、改裝、變更。

原產品零件一經替換，替換下來的零件所有權即為GUAN JIAN所有。

如果GUAN JIAN不再銷售該產品，我們將提供適合的替代產品為你更換。

GUAN JIAN保留是否更換或更換產品種類的決定權。

哪些狀況下商品無法得到保固?

產品保固不適用於因存放失當、安裝方式錯誤、使用方法有誤、自行更改結構及使用不當清潔方式或用品所導致之瑕疵。

產品保固不適用於正常性損耗、切割或刮傷、撞擊或意外所造成的損壞。

產品若放置於室外或潮濕的環境，不適用於本產品保固。

產品保固不適用於自行拆除、搬移產品而造成的毀損。

產品保固不適用於天災或意外事件所造成的毀損。

無法提示購買證明，如發票者。或其他可歸責於購買者所致之故障或毀損者。

產品保固的法律權益

悉依中華民國法律及相關法令規定辦理。

GUAN JIAN保留修正此品質保證條款、細則之權利。

Warranty Service

All GUAN JIAN products under our warranty policy are well tested to reach high quality and durability, and also meet the standard of common usage.

Duration of Warranty

Every product has limited warranty from the date of purchase. The warranty will not be affected even if the product has been resold or transfered. Please notice that original proof of purchase will be needed to present when using the warranty service. Therefore, please keep the proof of purchase or receipt in order to apply the warranty service.

How to make sure your products are eligible for warranty service?

Our professional technicians will inspect the product and judge if it is in the scope and time duration of our warranty service. The scope and time duration cannot be judged partially by the purchaser.

Definition of Warranty Duration

For the products or components that have been replaced or repaired, the warranty duration will be based on the date of purchase instead of the date of replacement or repair. Besides, all warranty service will be based in Taiwan only.

Content of Warranty Service

If the product is eligible for our warranty service, we will repair the product or replace it with a product of the same or same level. The costs of repair and parts will be borne by us but excluding consumables.

If the product is not eligible for our warranty service, the costs of repair, parts and consumables will be charged.

All modification for the product without the authorization of GUAN JIAN will invalidate the warranty service for the product.

Once the original products or parts have been replaced, its ownership will belong to GUAN JIAN.

Suitable products will be provided to replace if the original product is discontinued.

GUAN JIAN reserves the right of deciding whether the product should be replaced.

Exclusions of Warranty Service

The warranty service is not applicable for:

• The damages or defects caused by incorrect installation, incorrect usage, structure modification and improper cleaning.

• Normal wear and tear, cuts, scratches, impact or accidents.

• The damages or defects caused by improper storage such as outdoors or in a humid environment.

• The damages or defects caused by removing parts or during the process of moving.

• The damages or defects caused by natural disasters or accidents.

• The products without proof of purchase or receipt or,

• Other damages which are apparently caused by the user.

Legal Rights of Product Warranty

Will be handle under the laws of R.O.C

GUAN JIAN reserves the right to adjust the terms and conditions of this warranty service.
